 >  Assumes electronic copy of document in Microsoft Word format, but can handle other formats.

 >  Assumes double-spaced lines on 8.5x11 paper.

 >  Includes all editing marks so you may review all changes to the document.

 >  Rush jobs/Aggressive deadlines will incur an additional charge.

 >  All versions of all docs are backed up & saved on disc. If you ever need a copy just get in touch.

CURRENT RATES

Students, normal  turn-around time is currently at FIVE business days, not including holidays.

• For same day turn-around, invoices will have a $40 rush fee added.

• For two day turn-around, invoices will have a $30 rush fee added.

• For three day turn-around, invoices will have a $20 rush fee added.

BASIC PROOFING

Your document is already polished and only needs a quick grammatical review.

Includes: Review for basic grammar, spelling, capitalization and typos.

• # of Pages 1 - 99, $3.25 per page

• # of Pages 100 - 199, $3.00 per page

• # of Pages 200 & up, $2.75 per page

EXTENDED PROOFING/FULL COLLABORATION

Your document is mostly in draft form and needs close attention.

Includes: All basic proofing, review for document structure, clarity, readability, formatting, table of contents, footnote review and numbering confirmation, chart/graph review and numbering confirmation, inconsistent narrative and word choice. 

• # of Pages 1 - 99, $3.50 per page

• # of Pages 100 - 199, $3.25 per page

• # of Pages 200 & up, $3.00 per page

COLLABORATION

Because the Document Bandit usually work with several students from around the country per week, we've found that scheduling collaboration time has led to working well into the night, sometimes 7 nights a week for all editors.

In order for us to continue offering collaboration services, we must begin charging per hour beginning September 1st 2007. Collaboration/Consultation will be billed at $5.00 per 15 minutes, or $20.00 per hour.

All collaboration times must be scheduled in advance, and will be worked out between you and your editor.

We apologize for having to limit our online time, but please know it is so we can be at our best and most alert in order to help you with your projects.
