Brochure (Product or Service) One of your major selling tools. A well done brochure sells your products and services and creates the kind of image you want and need to make a good impact on prospects and customers. MT
Business Analysis Methodology Assists a BA through the process of taking over an opportunity from the Sales Cycle and advancing it to the Development phase of a project. BA
Business Requirements Document (BRD) Provides a concise set of requirements for the software development and quality assurance personnel who are  accountable for a quality and on-time delivery to the client. BA
BRD Client Sign-off Standardized sign-off template presented to client to insure written sign-off of the BRD. BA

Client Executive Status  Status first reviewed with internal upper management, then for review with a client's upper management. PM
Client Responsibility Checklist Used to insure client has a clear understanding of their responsibility during a project. PM
Client Project Sign-off Used to formally document client approval and acceptance of project deliverables and/or project delivery and completion. PM
Client Satisfaction Survey Used to solicit feedback from a client about the project. PM
Communication Plan Utilized to identify what type of communication will be used, frequency of communication, facilitator, participants, agenda, etc. for a project. PM

Data Dictionary This document works in conjunction with a client BRD to provide a comprehensive understanding of a solution. TM
Detail Design Document (DDD) Used to document all details of a project design. TM
Development Lifecycle RACI A detailed chart used by project team members to see who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed throughout a project lifecycle. PM

End of Engagement - Individual Designed to provide basic feedback about an individual's performance during a project. PM

Flyer Sometimes you need think simple. A flyer can draw quick attention to your business, they're cheap to produce and can market to a very large audience since you can insert or hang them almost anywhere. Many businesses put a flyer into their invoice envelopes because you have the attention of the customer. MT
Form Letter A form letter represents your business and is usually focused on sales or promotion. Your sales letter is where you are able to convince your client to buy from you today. MT
Functional Test Plan This test document will include one or more cases for each new or modified functional event or step. Functional testing may also include the checking of generated messages and/or reports to insure correct format and content. QA

Presentation Presentations are usually created in Microsoft PowerPoint, and can be used in a meeting, seminar or training class. They can also be sent out via e-mail or posted on your web site for customers to view at their leisure. They should condense yet maximize your ability to sell your product in short-time or answer questions potential customers may have. MT
Press Release A press release is vital to getting free publicity and promoting your products, services and your business. Press releases are published when you focus on the reader benefit to using your business. Editors receive many more press release submissions than they can publish - so make yours stand out. MT
Pre-Production Test Plan This test shall insure data travels throughout a system using real life scenarios within a Production environment. QA
Project Alert A memo used to announce the kick-off of a project. Can bring internal visibility and enlist support. PM
Project Close Checklist A list of 'end of project' activities that should be reviewed at the end of every project. PM
Project Charter Roadmap defining key issues to be addressed by the project and high-level project deliverables. It also serves to establish project authorities. PM
Project Roles & Responsibilities Used to identify company and client team members throughout a project. PM
Project Status Report A point in time snapshot providing a true, at-a-glance picture of the project for the client. Ensures timely communication to the appropriate stakeholders and indicated progress against project targets. PM

Quality Assurance Charter Describes those activities and deliverables for which a QA team will be responsible for the client project.  QA
Quality Assurance Methodology Outlines the QA framework for projects that enables a company to standardize the QA processes for such projects. This standardization should reflect the industries best practices adapted to a company's process. It's implementation will substantially improve the efficiencies and thoroughness of a testing cycle. QA

Regression Test Plan Used to validate selective testing of a system or component that has been modified. It will verify that modifications have not caused unintended effects and that the system still complies with its specified requirements. QA
Risk Management Methodology Describes a company's risk management process for an internal audience. PM

Scope Compare Allows for monitoring of scope creep for the BRD to SOW, SRD to BRD and DDD to SRD. PM
SDLC Process Overview Summary This document provides an overview of each phase within a company's software development lifecycle. It should include a list of documents by phase, process flows and RACI if applicable. All
Service Level Agreement (SLA) A SLA is a formal negotiated agreement between two parties. It is a contract that exists between customers and their service provider, or between service providers. It records the common understanding about services, priorities, responsibilities, guarantee, etc. with the main purpose to agree on the level of service. ST
SRD Sign-off  This document provides written sign-off from the client on the SRD. PM
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Describes the procedures established by a company to manage the design, development, production and support of a project. Should be used as a resource by several teams to guide their activities and processes. TM
Statement of Work (SOW) This document outlines the standard terms and conditions between a company and their client. PM
System Integration Test Plan (SIT) This document is used to verify that all applications involved work together according to the Systems Requirements Document (SRD). QA
Systems Requirements and Design (SRD) This document provides the detail design specifications for a company's project. QA

Task Status Definitions A guide to follow when assigning status indicators (green/red/yellow) to a project or client relationship. PM

Unit Test Plan The Unit Test Plan documents the knowledge of internal code structure and logic. This includes testing of field formats, field validation, positive and negative test cases to validate that each specific field is correct. QA
User Acceptance Test Plan This template will document the process of running data through all processes as they are run in production. The intention of user acceptance testing is to demonstrate to the users that a system performs as expected. QA

Web Site Content/Copy You already know that in this day and age, customers look on the world wide web for your business. Are you marketing yourself well? Are there spelling or grammar errors? Your web site should express who you are as a company and inspire customers to want to know more. Make them pick up that phone and call you. MT
White Paper White papers talk about the benefits of particular technology, service or product. They are almost always a type of marketing communication and are designed to promote a company's solutions or products as it relates to the issue or topic examined. As a marketing tool, it is important to note that these papers will always highlight information favorable to the company while minimizing any negative aspects related to the company's involvement with the issue, product,  technology or service.
