Purrfect Companions is a animal welfare organization that provides foster care and adoption services for cats and kittens in New York's Capital Region. Purrfect Companions needed a new Health Record Form to give to new cat owners upon adoption.
ALPI, Astral Light Paranormal Investigations, needed assistance with a new web site for ParanormalAlbany.com. It's simple and to the point - just what they needed. The Paranormal Investigations group works to investigate claims of paranormal activity in an objective and scientific manner to differentiate the explicable from the unknown - at no charge to their clients.
The Corporate Board members of Delta Kappa Sigma needed a new web site, and contacted Heather in hopes of creating something quick, but unique, just for their organization. Within a week she had set up their domain server, and designed and developed their web site. The Board members were very happy with the results...

SUNY Canton is getting ready to launch their Centennial Campaign to their Alumni base. In order to make sure they were marketing to the proper alumni, they solicited the Document Bandit's marketing team to review every aspect of their Centennial Campaign brochure. The Document Bandit provided a six-page Marketing Analysis Report that included the following: description of Evaluation Metrics used, overall analysis from a financial, attitude & not-for-profit perspective, Return-on-Investment (ROI) examples, target market analysis & recommendations, and campaign response analysis & recommendations. Also included were various key-code recommendations on how SUNY can improve their response analysis for this and future campaigns. In addition, the entire brochure was reviewed for grammar, punctuation, structure and content flow. a
Heather served as President of the Not-for-Profit AXO Corporate Board for seven years. During her term, she standardized several processes, procedures and documents for the organization. She created (and recreated in some cases) Chapter Charters, Standard Operating Procedures, Orientation documents, Rushing and Pledging documents and Brochures. Heather also designed and developed a web site that has brought together hundreds of AXO alumni from almost every area. In addition, Heather has organized a yearly alumni reunion, "All Greek Reunion", for all Greek students who attended SUNY Canton by working with several members of the SUNY Canton Alumni Office. Started in 2004, the reunion continues to bring together sometimes a hundred or more alumni on a yearly basis.

All Purrfect Companions cats and kittens live in a home environment (no cages, no cement) while they await adoption. Heather volunteers her services and time to this worthy organization. The previous web master of the site had sadly passed away, and Purrfect Companions was left with a site that was outdated and sadly under utilized by prospective adopters. When Heather came on to the project, she started a whole new site, created a brand new logo for the organization and increased site traffic by over 80%. [View Purrfect Companions Web Site]
In 2004, Heather's husband approached her with a project in which he was very interested. His AOH Golf League needed a web site for their members where they could share information, share photos and keep track of who is kicking butt in the league. They needed something basic and simple and Heather delivered. For three years, this has been a "fun" web site on which to work, and the members have been very happy with the easy access to their stats and other golf related information.
